Trivia Tuesday: 6/9/2009
BCYP Board members Stephen Snedden, Tasha Thomas, Andrea Ohman, and Kevin Estes attended Trivia Tuesday at McDuff's.  While the team that Stephen, Tasha, and Kevin "played" on took second, we had fun!  Unfortunately, the event was bittersweet, as we said goodbye to Andrea Ohman.  Andrea has accepted a position for Harley Davidson in Idaho Falls.  Congratulations Andrea!  You will be missed.

BCYP Board of Directors Meeting: 6/3/2009
A quorum met briefly at 2nd Avenue Pizza.  We discussed upcoming events, including the: KCYP/SSYP Booze Cruise on June 18th, Geek Speak led by Eric, Nate, and Joe, next Lunch with a Leader, and BCYP Play Night.  We also discussed potential website changes.  Stay tuned for more details!  Despite the upcoming holiday, the next Board meeting is scheduled for July 1st at 5:30pm

Lunch with Leader, Ponderay Mayor Carol Kunzeman: 5/20/2009
Vice President Andrea Ohman organized the third Lunch with a Leader event with Ponderay Mayor Carol Kunzeman.  Andrea was joined by BCYP members Katrina Arbuckle, Jason Warren, and Louis Poppler at the 12-1 p.m. lunch with Mayor Kunzeman.  Mayor Kunzeman explained her vision for the future of Ponderay.  She also discussed a visioning process that will take place starting this week as well as the possibility of BCYP partnering with the council and Ponderay's only school to create a student council.  Thank you Andrea for putting together another successful Lunch!!!
